Greece which gave Olympics to the world
The country
known for it’s rich cultural heritage
Is crying for
the return of half the treasures
From Godess
Athena temple Parthenon
Cry is not a
childish cry it’s a noble Marble cry!
With no
permission from the original Greeks
Lord Elgin on
the illegal permit by occupying Turks
Enacted one of
most wicked crimes of the history
Looting the marble
figures, metopes, Parthenon friege
To the far
away Britain and it’s museum
Standing
testimony to the blot in the British history
Like a golden
baby abducted from it’s mother
The marble
lies as in a thieves den
The whole of
Greece cries like the mother
“I want my
baby back, return return!”
The whole
world now listens to this marble cry
It’s time the British
acted with conscience
No more
holding back marble baby from the mom-Let
the fruits of
tourism and visitors restored to Greece Museum
Adding to the
fortunes and economies of it’s people
It’s as marble
cry Britain, heed! Do yourself proud!
Let there be
no cold war in the no cold war era
Brit! sit with
Greece to amicably settle
Let marble cry
not turn into marble war
The world can’t
afford such hard wars
Let the marble
cry turn into marble laughter!
